The 1964 St. Thomas More High School graduate had just re-enlisted in the Army when he was sent to Vietnam and assigned to Troop A of the 3rd Squadron, 5th Cavalry, 9th Infantry Division Daniels, Daniels 22, was a field wireman, driver and rifleman. He died on May 28, 1968. The specialist four was survived by his parents.
