Conley graduated from high school in 1964 and entered the Army in September 1966. The 20-year-old specialist four, a radar operator and scout observer, was sent to Vietnam and assigned to Troop A of the 3rd Squadron, 4th Cavalry, 25th Infantry Division, in October 1967. He died on Feb. 21, 1968. Cohen's many interests at Northeast High School included track, fencing, chemistry and stamp collecting. After graduating in 1966, he worked as a surveyor for six months. Cohen entered the Army in December 1968. The 20-year-old private first class, a machine-gunner, was sent to Vietnam the following May and assigned to Company B of the 2nd Battalion, 7th Cavalry, 1st Cavalry Division (Airmobile). Ha died on Nov. 17, 1969, near Fire Support Base Jamie near the Saigon River. Survivors included his parents.
